Meet Pam

Pam Vinje Isbell

Pam Vinje has been shaping the marketing landscape for more than 25 years, ever since her days studying Radio-Television-Film at the University of Texas. Since 2006, she has been a marketing innovator in the pool and spa industry — blending creativity, strategy, and emerging technology to help brands stand out and grow. Over the decades, she has built a deep and diverse marketing knowledge base, drawing insights from industries as varied as medicine, video production, professional services, architecture, engineering and construction, association and non-profit management, and conference and event planning. This breadth of experience gives her a rare ability to understand the unique challenges businesses face — and the strategies that help them thrive in today’s competitive world.

Pam entered the pool and spa industry as a digital trailblazer, leading the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (now PHTA) into a new era with its first consumer-focused website, original video content, and social media campaigns. As regional manager and director of social media, she immersed herself in both B2B and B2C marketing, creating digital strategies for manufacturers, distributors, small businesses, and the organization itself. Her work establishing APSP’s first online community and managing major initiatives — including Mohammed Ali’s Global Village Champions kick-off celebration in Juarez, Mexico — remain among her most rewarding achievements.

Her creative vision extends beyond the pool industry, with projects that include producing videos for non-profit foreign-aid children’s programs, corporate change management initiatives, and Entrepreneuring Kid Power USA, an award-winning personal empowerment television show for children ages 6 to 11.

In 2009, recognizing a gap in the market for industry-specific digital expertise, Pam launched Small Screen Producer — a full-service digital media marketing agency dedicated to the unique needs of pool and spa businesses. Backed by strong industry partnerships and a deep understanding of the homeowner mindset, she has since built a national reputation for delivering bold creative, smart strategy, and relentless innovation.

Pam is also a proud advocate for women in the pool and spa industry, helping to mentor, connect, and create opportunities for women through groups like SWIMN — a female-focused network of professionals committed to mentoring, networking, and fostering growth for current and future generations of women in the field. She believes this is a historic moment for women in the industry, with more women than ever shaping every facet of the business.

Today, Pam leads with vision, energy, and a passion for what’s next. Known for her “mad scientist” mindset around AI, automation, and marketing tech, she’s also a heart-led leader, sought-after speaker, and trusted partner to brands nationwide.
